I just did a quick search on Cycle Trader for Trophy SEs for sale in The States, and was disappointed to see 51 of them. If anyone is currently in the market for one, now is definitely the time to negotiate a deal.  :038:

Nah, I think two is enough for me right now. Although I could buy a blue one and complete the collection!

Did that one month ago. 17 model with less than 10k. $9,000.00. I'm liking it.

At least they are used and not an excess of New Old Stock sitting at the dealers for a couple of years.

Some are just over-valued. Woods Motorcycles have had one for sale for over a year now. I know because I enquired about it and it's still unsold....

My suspicion is that after this long, they would be open to just about any reasonable offer.

I ended up purchasing my new, three year old Trophy for thousands of dollars less than the Dealer was asking for. It's up to the Buyer to make an offer.

I did the same as Saddle Tramp, purchased a Trophy sitting on the dealer floor for a long time and got a great deal.  This bike is really awesome.  Anyone who wants to ride some serious miles ought to be picking them up at a steal and riding the tar out of them.  I plan to do that until it falls apart, then I'll worry about what's next.  In the meantime, what a wonderful ride this thing is.  And the Forum just rounds it all out so I don't have to wonder how to do just about anything to the bike.  To all my fellow Trophy owners, cheers!   :821:
