Thanks for the great insight guys! Did my RSU bearings on the 2017SE today. Bike at 10k miles and recent purchase. Dealer did most of the 10k service.
All bearings seemed to have a light coat of oily grease and in decent shape. The front drag bolt would not release enough to drop the drag link due to the center stand even after moving it to the right side and leaving the sleeve out so the bolt could be angled. So the sidestand balance worked out best to swap in a temporary shorter bolt so the CS could be used for safety. Thanks again

Very helpfull and are happy to take on the TTSE repair/ refurb.
Usually turn them around in a week and asked for the WHOLE unit to be taken to them and they fully check/ test unit on completion.
Guestimate £250 sometimes a bit more if anything extra needs changing.

Thanks for the timely(for me) input H2nra.

Pity their isn't a refurb'd spare to do exchange.
Anyone have a complete old unit to see if they would use to hold as an exchange unit ... for forum members.

There will be from the 2nd week 2023 when i replace mine with a new one

Quick question before I start the replacement, do I need to remove the faring and the fuel tank to access the top of the rear shock
    Thanks
