Ha ! - Rumbled !

I have my DAB antenna fixed on a steel plate
which has a removable mount onto the Luggage Rack
on top of the Top Box, or the Sliding carriage if not
using the Top Box, which works well, but then there’s
a long cable to the front of the bike and into the Stowage Box.

I’m thinking I could utilise the existing Trophy XM co-ax wire
from the Audio Unit plug - where I could connect the DAB antenna to,
and use a short fly lead from the Trophy XM socket into the Stowage box.

Poor eyesight or not - Triumph UK and Triumph US failed miserably in providing the information.

The best they could come up with was,
"It's part of the Antenna assembly and is not available as a separate part" !

All I need to do now is find a Company in the UK that has them in stock,
so I don't have to pay a fortune to have a couple shipped over from the U.S.

For anyone else that might be interested the Part Number
for the Plug is either GT16GW-1P-ASSY or GT16GW-1P-HUA

Here's an Image of the individual components making up the Plug :

Thanks again,

I just finished  Googling it and I'm not sure if we have it in the US yet.   First time I have heard about it.  How long has it been available in the UK and how many local DAB stations are available to you?

Is it a free service?

DAB Radio commenced in the UK around 20 years ago,
and was / is intended as a replacement for Radio Stations on AM and FM Frequencies
which the Government are looking to eventually sell off.

I don't know if it wiill ever be introduced in the US where you have Satellite Radio,
which we don't have over here.

Have a look at this Topic for more information on the Dension DAB Radio Device
that can be integrated with the Trophy Instrument Panel Display :

DAB Digital Radio (UK ) for the Trophy SE

That's interesting - I thought XM radio was a world-wide service.

We do have digital ( through the air ) TV.  But I bet most people here don't even know that since just about everyone has either cable or satellite television.
