    Tralex,

That is a really neat and well engineered product. I like the way you have utilised the existing attachment points within the luggage.  :028:
I can see them being ideal for Camping and stowing something like sleeping bags which are bulky but lightweight.
With regards to the 10kg limit of the side stowage whilst it is a manufacturers instruction, there has to be a factor of safety in that figure so going slightly over may not be too much of an issue. (Disclaimer - i am not condoning overloading the luggage).

    Tralex,

I mentioned the weight issue on another site, I think it was on here that someone reported they had broken either the "hook" on the pannier, of the retainer on the bike and asking how it could be repaired.

But apart from that, they look good, I thought of a couple myself, but at the moment, I cannot justify the cost.

I know of a case in which one of the hooks of the saddlebag broke and it was not due to the weight of the suitcase, since the saddlebag was empty. It was because of a fall.

Tralex, I dips me lid to you. Or in other words I take my hat of to you. Your ingenuity and skill in solving/manufacturing very neat and practical items to not only protect and enhance the Trophy, but increase its carrying capacity is exceptional. Cheers.   :821::152: :152: :047: :047:

Can you share the cost of a set of these please?

It seems to me that since the days of Sanglas, Derbi, Montesa, Bultaco, Ossa and others, Germany and Britain are getting competition from Spain again. To begin with, the ingenuity of Digital's solutions and now those of Tralex too. :169:

Bravo Tralex, really like the simplicity of execution to a tricky design concept especially around the mounting setup. Great setup for bulky lightweight camping gear or even just "wet"  wet weather gear etc.

:152: I to tip my hat to you...
