Here's a short 100 mile ride through Iowa after work

I like to run from Ankeny to Polk City then North through Madrid to Ledges State Park and ride through the streams there.  Back down the East Side of the Des Moines river and back through Madrid then South to Jester Park with it's little twisties then over the big bridge to Polk City and back to Ankeny.  It's certainly no Tail of the Dragon but a nice ride for Central Iowa.

Love the work you put into getting these rides up for us all to enjoy. I'm sure you've posted this before, but can you refresh us with what gear you're using and where you've mounted it? I'd like to try this some time so I can show off a few of the 1,000 lakes in our county. You seem to have the perfect camera placement that lets us enjoy the view, but also the bike details. Perfect POV. Thanks again for your efforts!

I use a GoPro 7 Black with a plastic attachment piece (see photos) and link it to an external microphone that is tucked inside the helmet itself.

I use a Giant Squid microphone and cover it in a deadcut
