Well, it's almost that time of year again, the dreaded Insurance.

After a lot of Googling for cheap rates, Bennet's came out the cheapest for me, £110.00....slightly less than last year, but still a lot, BUT, having said that I have been done for speeding twice, or is that stupid enough to get caught  :745:...anyway, all paid up now so good to go....One other thing I am looking  / thinking of doing is becoming a Blood Biker, I have been doing voluntary work for the NHS while we have been locked down, and have enjoyed doing it.
I have several friends that are Blood Bikes, so a word with one of them, and I will be attending a meeting to listen to what it's all about, then out for a riding assessment, not to see how I ride, but to see how I handle their bikes, THEN if that goes well, I will be shadowing someone, to learn where the departments of the hospitals are, not so much where the actual hospital is, so, yep, looking forward to that.

Sounds a good price on the insurance.

Enjoy Blood Biking, I know many who do, I can't imagine they will have anything much different to ride than the TTSE as normally they ride ST1300's, FJR's or BMW RT's; it will just reinforce how good our chosen stead is.
    Love, light, and kindness,

Devitt (via the Post Office) last June came up with £73 Full Comp so I stopped with them.

Horses for courses. £110 isn't a lot in most peoples' eyes.  I need European breakdown and recovery so look for a multi-bike insurance that includes that.  I know I could get this cover separately but it doesn't usually come cheaper to do that.

Just as a point of reference, thatís about half of what a rider with an excellent record might expect to pay here in The States.  :114:

Because of my points, the cheapest I could find was Devitt (Post Office)...but the PO don't do insurance now, £110 was the cheapest quote this year.

Wow. I wish I could insure my TTSE for these rates. Between US liability and accident/medical along with a sizable speeding ticket 18 months ago, I am paying multiple your rates.
