The battery is my 2014 SE looks to be a bit week .reading about 11.7 volts across the terminal s . The bike starts fine but I now have a TES fault!! The bike did its normal suspension check but when I started it I got the dreaded " see manual " warning.   :183:  I have tried the tips from here and nothing.  The bike is off to triumph for the recall on the 19Th and I have asked them to do a TES diagnosis  But which battery  the original is about 140 euros I can get a delo lithium battery for 199 euros PLFP-20L 12V/6AH,CCA 360A or a SHIDO LITHIUM BATTERIE LTX20L-BS Q 12V, 7AH (YTX15/20,YB16-/18) for about  160 euros what do you all think? The bike is mainly used weekends for longer runs and I do have an optimate I known I have brought a triumph but I don't want to much "character" :001: thanks from a sunny Germany  Chris

That's a lot of euros for a battery. Don't you think so?

Yes it is , but I need one !! I can get a battery of 50 ish euros but how long will it last? And the trophy seems very sensitive to voltage.

No problem and it is not as sensitive as it may seem. As long as the condition of the alternator and the battery cable that goes to the alternator are in good condition ...

If you want a good battery and forget about it, this is the best one I've ever tried. I do not remember the price well, I think I did not reach 80 €

Thanks I'll have a look in to these batteries.  I've never heard of them.

For reference, these batteries are installed by Harleys Davidson motorcycles.

    Hi Chris,

I just went through a Brain Fart concerning batteries resulting in me having a brand new Yuasa battery sitting in my Garage in Sunny South Shields, which according to Goggle Maps is 773 miles away.  I'd love an opportunity to ride it over to you!  I'd do it for a contribution to my fuel and a nice German Lunch if it were not for COVID-19 lockdown!
    Love, light, and kindness,

    Dave
