Finally, after 7 years lurking, deposit finally placed on TT!

    I've just placed a deposit on a 2015, 10,600 mile, blue TT.

Two owners completed the 10,600 miles over 3 years and it's then been dry stored for the last 2 years.

Heated grips, standard seats, serviced every year until it went into storage. No spare lock barrel, but that's not too serious for me. A little corrosion to the front ABS ring and stuck on Unions Flags (which will be coming off ASAP!) £6,000.00, which seems sensible. I hope...

Please tell me that I've done the right thing!   :020:

    That bike is very beautiful!
Only motorcyclists know why dogs stick their head out the car window.

There's one thing that I am keen to try...

I have 4 Enigma indicator bulbs left over from car use. They're very odd things, they look clear (not silver), have a slight tinge of amber when out of the indicator housing, but when inside a clear indicator housing, they give the indicator a slightly blue appearance! No idea how that works. Naturally, they flash amber but, unlike silvered bulbs, they are just as bright as conventional bulbs.

Has anyone else ever tried them?

Are the indicator bulbs conventional car items, or are Triumph still working on 10w items as they used to on T309/T312's

Congratulations RedMerle - Nice looking Trophy you've got there !  :047:

The Indicator bulb type is known as "581" or "BAU15" or "PY21W"
and have the locating pins "offset".  They are 21 Watts.

Way back in September 2013, I posted this Topic showing the difference between
the stock Amber bulbs and a "Chromed" type - demonstrated on my previous Lunar Silver Trophy,
and they look just as good ( in my opinion ) on my Pacific Blue Trophy !  :028:

Changing Amber Indicator bulbs for Chrome.

    Cheers  :821:
