Hello From Michigan
« on: August 19, 2013, 07:43:24 AM »
Well when life gives you lemons send them back and demand a refund!!!  I recently was hit on my 2005 Sprint.  Bike did not fare as well as I.  I had to total my girl and send her off to the big bike crusher in the sky.  I like many determined that I would just sit out the rest of the season and see what new and fun things were to come.......  Then I went to the Triumph dealership to get my plate back from them.  Dun Duh Duhhhhhhhhhhh.   So it began.  I took a test ride on my still swollen leg and sat on the TT.  I found that it fit so well and I enjoyed the ride so much that I took the plunge, yes the expensive one. And I get delivery of the new Dark Blue girl on Tuesday morning at ten AM ET.  I am still not sure if I am crazy or this bike is just that nice.  I guess we shall see.  I am glad to see a forum with so many participants and I look forward to sharing some of mine with you.

Oh I forgot.  I have been riding for about 25 years and I am a police trained motor officer for my department.  I have been doing that for about 8 years and I love being paid to ride.  I think....

Any way that is me what about you, and if any of you are here in the Big Mitten we like to call Michigan feel free to let me know and maybe we can hook up for a ride.  I am sure I am going to be putting many miles on my new love..

Talk to you all soon.
It may not be legal but I have a Dr's note!

 :400: to the forum.

We'll be sure not to mention how fast we may or may not ride.  Wouldn't want any trouble with the law  :017:

I was a police motorcyclist from 1975 to 1984. Last did traffic duties in 1993. (You won't be the only one here, but keep it quiet). Yep, the bike is that nice. Welcome to the forum.
