Favourite Beer Thread

I was just ordering a little beer this afternoon and it got me thinking of my favourites 

I had a very pleasant evening drinking Youngers No 3 one night, when I was at college and I’m always keen on some Theakston’s Old Peculiar. Used to enjoy Hobgoblin, but that seems to have gone downhill of late. Off at a bit of a tangent, Thistly Cross Cider (fermented in Whisky casks!) is very nice.

I’ve heard that Lancaster Bomber is good, but I’ve not tried any yet. But, it got me thinking, does anyone else here have any favourites to recommend trying?...

St. Cleer? Cornwall? Drinking beer?
I used to attend to the 'Elefantentreffen' at the Nürburgring in the German Eifel-mountains during the sixties and seventies. Third weekend in January, lots of snow; thousands of bikers from all over Europe. Many British too, some with a chair. They could stand the cold, but not the beer. Oh dear ...

My favorite beer:

My fav was always Double Diamond but I have not seen it over here in years so my go to canned beer is now Wells IPA. If I'm in a pub I'll go for a bitter or IPA pint.

My current tipple is Double Dragon a cheeky little Welsh number I picked up.in previous holidays in Pembrokeshire. Its brewed by the Felinfoel Brewery, and they have some fantastic beers the do deliver and are very reasonably priced I order mine on line and magically the beer fairy leaves it on my door step 2 to 3 days later. Oh ! and it travels well
