Loss of TES options

Hello all!

I brought my bike in for new tires to be put on but also had issues i wanted to look at under the last year of my extended warranty.

My control screen had a line of dead pixels. I was not expecting anything, but the warranty actually replaced the control screen. Well now yesterday after i picked up the bike, i find my control screen does not show the option of TES anymore.

Is this something the dealer didn't activate on the computer system for the display, maybe didn't connect some  wires? Any ideas?

This now has me concerned is there something else missing or not working that i am just not thinking of!!!!

Start the engine and check again.

Most likely it needs to be activated by the Dealer.

Thanks Coconut!

I got a call back later this morning and they had me bring the bike back in. Hooked it up and they found that some software still had to be installed on the new "console". Works good now. *whew
