hello, today I removed the gearbox from my motorcycle, the reason for the two popping up after unscrewing the gas. The whole operation took me about 4 hours. I have trophies from 2013. but it seems that the selector set is replaced with the modified one, tomorrow I will wash the box and verify what is damaged. I suspect that it will be the wheel of the 2nd and 6th gear, this problem is often described on the tiger forum

I have one more problem, between the clutch basket and the oil pump drive wheel, I found two spacers, unfortunately both are damaged, but I can't find the part number in the diagram, I attach photos of the spacers

    Hi Jerzy,

Comparing those Images with the Service Manual, and Parts Lists,
the part broken into 4 pieces may be the "Bearing Sleeve"
shown in this Image from the Service Manual, and circled in the Parts List Image below :

    The Plain Washer may be the Thrust Washer ( Item 14, Part No. T1174700 : Washer 25.5 x 53 x 2 ) :

World of Triumph / Trophy SE / Clutch

While the Thrust Washer is available to buy, the Bearing Sleeve only appears
to be supplied along with the complete Clutch Outer assembly ( Expensive ! ).

    Cheers  :821:

this is how the fangs of the 6th gear look like, which transfers the torque to the 2nd gear#

    Hello.
I've been experiencing the same problem as yours in my TEX.
Did you need to change the 2nd and 6th gears with the new Gear Selector Kit?
    Thanks in advance!

yes, I changed the wheel of the 2nd and 6th gears, and the springs of the selector, now the gearbox works much better and it does not fall out 2
