Indeed “colouring in” is all part of the fun  :028:

Here’s my own take on my Tiger (it’s just the one bike!)

After 7 years of riding the Tiger 1200 (the Trophy's disreputable hooligan little brother!), in May 2020 it was joined by a Ruby Red and Gold Trophy too 😁

Full service is complete and she’s being shipped back tomorrow. No nasty surprises (phew!) and an issue I had with coolant overflow turned out to be nothing  :028:

Interestingly, it’s only at 11,239 miles, yet it needed 7 shims. Leaving them for the full 20,000 miles wouldn’t have been the right thing to do...

I’ll get the Denali Soundbomb fitted on Thursday and then hope that I’ll be able to get the bodywork back for the weekend and then it’s reassembly time  :028:

Very happy to hear your coolant leak wasn't a major issue!  Looking forward to seeing the finished product with your new paint scheme!

The bike’s back from the dealer and major service had been done.

Gave to engine the full clean (that was waiting until the spanner men had finished) and took it for a 12 mile spin in full “Terminator mode”. Blimey, they missed a trick not building a “Trident” naked version of this bike. Came back, left the motor running, turned it off and...

and...

All systems are tickety boo  :028:

What a difference the new tyres make 😁

Now to clean one bit of stubborn gunge off the motor and swap the engine bolts to stainless, then fit the new horn 😁

Nice!
I love that dark grey. And those wheels.

Cheers

Thanks 👍

Air horn installation now complete and stainless hex bolts done on right hand side of engine. Beginning to run out of things to do before the bodywork gets back to me!
