Hey guys,
New frenchie here
I bought a 2013 TTSE last week.
Before that I owned a Yamaha XTZ1200.
Was looking for someting lighter and smaller for my daily commute to Paris.
...Well, things didn't went as planned
I've tried several mid size bikes (Vstrom, Versys, Tracer) and Didn't like any of it.
Then I saw a Trophy for sale, tested it, bought it right away!
I've allready learned a lot about my bike thanks to you.
So here I am...

Welcome here Froggy,
We passed by Paris yesterday by going home to Holland after our holiday. I gess that you have to take the panniers of to drive trough te traffic there.

Hi thanks for the welcome.
@Verdun95, we're almost neighbours
@Pantoscoop, I don't use the panniers mostly because I don't need it.
But after 15 years in that trafic, i would not be a problem.
When I bought the trophy, I had some doubts about it's size.
But in the end, it's not really different from my previous bikes.

Welcome! I have a '13 as well, make sure the recalls are done! And check the radio firmware versions, there is an article on that in the maintenance part, battery drain can be caused if it's not the latest. Mine is just about to turn 100,000 miles...

Not sure it applies to models sold in Europe, believe this problem was specific to the US/Canadian markets...
