    Trip to Mull

Hi, last weekend I took my bike to Mull. I stayed in the Park Lodge Hotel, Tobermory arriving about 5.00pm on Saturday. I met up with two pals who cycled there. We ate at the Mishnish Hotel, recommended, and on Sunday I took the bike around the island. I'd been to Tobermory before but had never went round the island. I stay in Livingston, not far from Edinburgh and decided to get to Mull via the A82 through Glencoe, then the Corran ferry to Ardgour. The A861 and A884 take you to the Lochaline to Fishnish ferry. No need to book these short crossings and I much prefer this to the road to Oban.  Once on Mull most of the road around the island is single track. Give it a couple of hours and just take your time. It's well worth a visit, one of those rides when you just keep being amazed at the scenery. This wee trip was brilliant and even though I'm through Glencoe quite a lot, it never fails to impress. All the best, Donald

You mean Nicola let you out on your bike?
Fantastic pictures of a great place and you were there with no rain and no midgies!

Beautiful landscape and also, but more precious he does with seeing his motorcycle there.

Thanks for sharing those nice photos.
