    Hello from Moscow Russia

    Hi!
My name is Vadim and I live in Moscow, Russia.
Triumph is not much present here, but there's a fan community and the people seem OK
I've got my Trophy this August. It's 2013 year issue, has 30000 km on the odometer and seems a bit heavy for me. :)
    Regards!

Hi waxs and :400: to the Club !

The Trophy IS a heavy bike, and until you get used to it you should take extra care
when moving it around in the garage etc, and when riding at very slow speeds.

Pay attention that wherever you stop is not sloping away from the side
where you intend to put your foot down, and that the ground is firm
with no gravel or white paint etc that might cause your footing to slip -
If it does slip you are likely to drop the bike !

As you have no doubt already found though,
once you start riding, it seems to become a lot lighter !

    Cheers  :821:

:400: to the forum! Seems the more you ride it, the more the imposing weight seems to disappear and eventually becomes less intimidating!

(Disclaimer: The above comment does not mean you should not adhere to the advice given by Coconut, in the previous post!  :192:)

Guys, thank you for the welcome and for advice.
I have dropped the bike twice already (shame on me) and am happy that it has got crashbars attached...
    Hopefully, I've learned the lesson!
    :)
