Dead Battery - again!

Bear in mind that despite the Dealer telling you that they fitted a New Battery
before selling the Trophy to you, the Audio System still had the original Audio Software Version,
so who knows whether, and how many times the Battery may have been drained
between the time of them fitting it, and finally having the Software updated. 

These Gel AGM type batteries seem quite prone to being damaged if they are drained "too" much.
( However much that is ! ).  If the Battery drained just once since being fitted New
it could have been enough to damage it so that it never recovers back to 100 %.

A battery specialist should have equipment that can provide
an accurate measure of the state of the battery.

BTW, I think it's important to mention that ANY lead-acid battery ( an AGM batter is a lead-acid battery - same chemistry ) if NOT a "Deep-Cycle" design may be damaged if "deep discharged".

AGM batteries are superior to a standard lead acid battery - they can supply higher cranking amps, a desirable advantage. So I don't want anyone to think a standard lead-acid battery is in any way superior to an AGM battery as far as being more resistant to being damaged if deep-discharged - it's not.

Most marine lead-acid batteries are of the deep-cycle design.

How does one check the audio software version?

You can easily check the Audio software version of your Trophy :

The Radio MUST be OFF when the Ignition is switched ON ....

Turn the Ignition ON ( but don't start the engine ) and check for "RADIO OFF" in the Display.
If it's ON, then turn it OFF ( Volume all the way down to Minimum, Mute and Off ),
Switch the Ignition OFF, then back ON again and confirm that "RADIO OFF" is now displayed.

Press and hold the "P" button until the "DIAGNOSTICS" menu is displayed.
If necessary, Scroll to the S/W VERSION item, and press Select ( "i" ).

The Latest Version for US market is 1.04E -  you have anything earlier ( such as 1.04A )
then get your Dealer to update it to the latest version as the earlier version(s)
are likely to drain your main battery - when the Ignition is Off !

I just checked and it's 1.04E
It also displays BB SW 0.17A. What's that?
