The ECU is behind the dash panel you will see it below the sat nav mounting, after removing the dash plastics. The ABS ECU is next to the Alternator, you will see it on the LHS, if you remove the left side rider foot rest plate. To see the whole ABS unit the tank needs to be removed. Look in Image gallery, you will find images of both units.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
Only motorcyclists know why dogs stick their head out the car window.

Hi, Thanks for the pics Digital.
Hi Coconut,
Where do I start.....I am having the rear suspension replaced in a week or two as this was my bikes only failure on its MOT...albeit a very expensive fail...
Since the suspension broke I have been having some issues...but I don't think they are related?
I started getting warning lights on the ABS, TTC and the engine management light would come on and I would get the TTC disabled warning.
Then a few days later the speedo and fuel gauge would only work when the bike had tried to go through its ABS AND TTC set up, failed and gave me the warning on the screen. Until the warning was shown the speedo and fuel gauges (digital and the bars) would not work.
Now the abs light just flashes and I have no speedo or fuel gauge that works, digital or otherwise but the engine light is currently off.
The only DTC code is P1521 "Lost communication with ABS" nothing for the speedo, fuel gauge or even the suspension (I have Dealertool) hence wanting to know where the ABS and ECU units are located to check wiring etc.
Any ideas or help would be much appreciated......

Flashandy1 - The TTSE seems to be very voltage sensitive with weird gremlins showing up at (in my eyes) minimal voltage deviations. I don't know the history of your battery, but I would start there. (Assuming you haven't already, of course.) Check connections, battery health, etc. If your battery has some age on it, you might want to consider replacement.
