Screen stuck down, display frozen, RESULT, UP DATE
« on: September 09, 2013, 07:03:26 AM »
Hi All

In addition to both hoses coming off radiators mounts, and engine running perfect then next time running really ruff noise and feel triumph blaming poor fuel.

Now screen stuck down had press the up button and pull it up, and parts of the display missing and neither the I button or the scroll  button would charge it , It wasnt untill i stop turned off bike and on again did it work again.

Bike will be pick up by dealer :110:

Hi

Bike being picked up this thursday by dealer who have very good webbs of lincoln,

I also spoke to triumph uk yesterday and have told them i do not want the bike back untill fixed or i will have a replacement, well we will see !, I dont think triumph get it . A  £15000 bike should not have all these problems  :110:

That's bad news - I hope you did not get one of these "Monday-products" and can get it fixed, soon!

No bike should have these kind of problems - but I agree: a £15k bike most definitively shouldn't  :192:

Good luck - hopefully you will hit the road again in no time.

Does sound like a fair number of problems but not so sure they merit a replacement bike (unless you mean a loaner) how long have the problems been going on and how long have you given Triumph to fix them?

Hey All

An update

After the dealer has spent a whole day looking at my bike and triumph uk have agreed under warranty to replace the screen motor and all the connecting bits etc, It has also been given the up dated tune ,And triumph have told me this will sort out all the display glitches etc and the engine running ruff as it also cover engine management, And a new top box because it never closed correctly  :046:
