Hi Guys,
Check out evasion-motos.blogspot.fr
Click on classic on the heading on the website, there is a touring report and pics on a TT in B.R.G. Couldn't understand the report but the pics are nice.

I did  :002:. In his June 20th report the guy says that he once asked Simon Warburton about Triumph selling a BRG version of the Trophy; the answer was that marketing people were not convinced by the potential of such colour.... On July 15th he just placed pictures and a video of their trip to Asturias, with one piece of comment "better speak Spanish down there, English or French being of vety little help in this part of the country", he alsoi said that the weather was great, the roads very nice to ride and very few tourists.

:028:Thanks guys, yes my BRG trophy sure does look nice! A lot of people have asked where I hat it painted; well it was done in Brittany by "Cornouaille Moto"who is the local Triumph dealer in Quimper. I had aslo asked them to paint the Triumph logo on the tank, which was done and it really shows the make of the bike whereas it is difficult to see on the "normal" Trophy as the make only appears on the panniers and below the windscreen. See the pictures in my gallery.
Next trip will be in Ireland.

Yes, it's high viz, of course. And it has already saved my life as, even with the headlights on, some stupid car drivers don't pay any attention to a motorbike coming their way but a bright yellow helmet is something they are not used to so they really see it ; so two weeks ago a lorry driver suddenly braked and avoided me after beginning to ignore a stop sign, I'm not sure he would have seen me hadn't it been for my yellow helmet. As for "cropbiker" there is something I miss about the joke, being French I might not get all the understatements you British people use once in a while. Is a "helmet" anything sexual? Do tell me . :440:
