Scrivet Dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions for the scrivets? I've performed a search on here and have had no luck. In any case, I'm looking to replace with alternate fasteners and need to know the outside diameter of the scrivet right above the fingers and the depth of the fingers from the bottom of the flange. Thank you!

Which particular "Scrivets" are you referring to ?
There are 2 under the bottom of the Fairing where the two halves join together,
2 used on the Rear Spray Guard,
3 on each of the rear ( black ) Side Panels,
1 inside each of the Mirror Pods, and
2 on the Driveshaft cover ( Gearbox end ) ?
Cheers

Hello Coconut,
The two holding the fairing together underneath at the front and the ones in the mirror housings, specifically. :-)

Let me check my spare parts. You need some? I most likely have a couple, of that particular one anyway. Let me know.

Do you no longer have them on your Trophy to measure ?
The two locations mentioned use different "scrivets",
I can't help with dimensions of the two under the Fairing,
as I have replaced mine with some generic Trim Clips,
but the Triumph Part Number for them is T3701170.
I would recommend using the original version inside the Mirror Pods.
They are easier to remove and are less prone to the cross head slot stripping !
( TIP : Especially if they are also pushed out from the other side when unscrewing them.)
They are Part Number T3701121 :
Cheers

No, I still have mine but wanted to get something to replace the stock units for next time I'm in there. I figured somebody would have measured them by now. LOL!
Thank you for measuring the ones that you could.

I did away with those years ago. Replaced with a small domed head alan key bolt and lock washer. Makes joining the two halves together so much easier.
HACKLE I'm too young to be this old.

It has also been years since I stopped using those plastics.
Use that female thread in the photo and press into the fairing, then simply screw in the stainless steel alen screws.
