    The greatest accessory... EVER!

Ok, maybe not "EVER" but its still quite fantastic. I bought this seat cover made of 3d mesh and it has completely changed summer riding for me. I have seen the commercials on Instagram and Facebook and I thought they were complete BS. I decided to pull the trigger on getting one after a REALLY miserable day at work. It was basically "f*** it, worth a shot". Oh man, was I not disappointed. My chief concern was how effective it would be considering that there is practically no airflow in the groin region and I'm not petite in any way (6 foot/1.83M, 320 pounds/146kg). I'm not seeing any collapsed portions of this cover from my weight nor am I having any restriction of airflow and it is even giving me more cushioning! If you ever find yourself in a situation where the seat of your pants and groin are wet/moist, the effect is exactly like sitting on an air conditioned seat you may find in a car. The only downsides are that it is a bit awkward to install onto the seat and it can make properly installing the seat onto the motorcycle a little difficult but not by much. Check 'em out!

I used something similar from www.coolcovers.co.uk/product/triumph-trophy-1250/

It worked really well in Florida's hot and humid weather.  It added about 1/4" to the seat height.  The way it's designed, you never sit on a wet seat - doesn't matter if your bike has sat out in a torrential downpour all day.  You won't get that "wet seat" sensation.

Good to know.  I've been using a sheepskin (sheared buttpad) cover from Alaska leather.  I brought it over from a Suzuki DL650 V-Strom.

I think the coupon code DEADSHEEP might even still work for a discount.

I've used one of their products before on my Indian. It was okay, nowhere near as good as the seat cover I have now.

Do you have any pictures of yours, because as far as I can tell I have a shapeless blob that makes it impossible to put the saddle back on?

Based on Flux's recommendation, I took the plunge and bought one of those seat covers for my 2016.  I have to say that I can really tell the difference in how warm that area of my body gets.  It is 100 degrees here and I have a lot less monkey butt.  I will be doing a 4-day road trip to Arkansas next week so that will be a great "final test" for how the product holds up.

Sadly, I contacted them about a RDL seat.  There hasn't been any response in over two weeks.  :110:
