Hello there!

Since last weekend I'm the owner of a 2012 TTSE with 48k kilometers on the clock. It must have seen a trip or two. There are three attention points: The grips are quite worn. It has heated seats, but setting 1 on the rider doesn't seem te activate (2 works though), and the passenger seat goes to full heat when the switch gets wet from the rain. Also the headlights flicker on idle.

I found the Trophy after I test rode a 2001 Goldwing. The Goldwing was so much nicer, fun and comfortable to ride than I ever thought. But it is kinda ugly, and even 15 year old wings (With ABS) are not cheap, even without heated grips and a logical place for navigation. After that I test rode an older and a newer BMW RT but both were a bit disappointing, and the arrogance of the local BMW dealer was outright off-putting. A month ago I came across the existence of the Triumph Trophy, and after a test ride I was sold.

This forum helped a lot already, reading through old topics. A calsci windshield is on it's way. And I'm looking forward to putting many kilometers on this machine!
