It may be old and the special effects rudimentary, but I’ll defend this film to the death!  :028:

I do remember. I watched it with one of my older brothers. I was kinda fascinated, because I somehow could accept it as being a possible future. Being a child, I wasn't thinking about what the author or director were intending to say. I was just fascinated.
Thanks for bringing back memories!
Today's films are full of more or less special effects, but sometimes the story is a bit weak.
