    So this is a discussion forum but sometimes you don't want it!. My suggestion for this thread is you post tyre type, riding done in terms of miles & type. Nothing else!

    Rear Tyre Angel ST ( original oem ) 5100 miles, 60 % 2 up, 50 % dual carriageway, 50% twisties.

    Stock Angel ST's.   4776 on the bike, looks like they will go another 2K or so...   About 50% solo, 50% solo with travel and camping gear.. 

    I ride fairly aggressively in the twisties, but tend to not do jackrabbit starts, etc., I would but my pocketbook won't let me...

    Anyone used Pilot Road 3's on this machine (assuming they make them to fit)???  Very favorable on my ex-ST1300...

     :001: Still on OEM ST's at 9,000klm.  Riding 50 / 50 highway and twisties with nothing agressive.  Possible another 8000 to 9000 k's left.  Very happy with the ST's but would consider Michelin Pilot Road if GT's (ST replacement) were not available as alternative.
    No such thing as bad weather - just inappropriate clothing.
