So, it's been two years since I have taken a Trip with my good friend Tony, from Newfoundland, but he's finally able to fly out here on Saturday to retrieve his BMW R1200GS from my garage, and we are heading for the Rocky Mountains.

I have decided to ride my Trophy for, as we aren't expecting to do any planned dirt or gravel roads. My Trophy is all prepped, with new tires mounted. All I have left to do is pack my clothes.

btw, if you ever consider selling the Trophy, I'd be interested in obtaining that Russell seat from you.  Mine is showing some wear.

Thanks tdragger, but I had to send my original saddle for modifications, so it's staying with the bike, even if I decide to sell it at some point...

I think Russell will remake one of their seats for a "reduced" price, but I've never had one so that may not be the case when the time comes to need it.
