How many centimeters has the forks lowered?

I see that they are too low.

First of all please note that the "@" Tag before a Username is not used on this Forum -
I think it's from Twatter  :164: or some other Social Media channel !

Thanks for the Photo's - As suspected it shows the Front Forks have also been lowered,
so you will need to re-position those when you refit the original Drop Links.

Unless the Side Stand is adjustable, and can be made longer,
you would also need to refit the original Side Stand.

Putting the Trophy on the Centre Stand seems difficult for some Members
and there is a certain technique involved - with the bike lowered it will be even harder to do !
( Topic with Video : HOW TO: Put the Trophy onto the Centre / Center Stand !

With regards to the Suspension Calibration question -
Yes, the system will automatically adjust to the new height the next time it calibrates.

Owners Handbook, Page 55 :

The system will re-calibrate the damper adjustment motors
each time the ignition is turned on,
and the pre-load adjustment motor after every 50 ignition on cycles,
once the engine is started.

Damper adjustment motor calibration takes approximately 2 - 3 seconds,
and pre-load motor calibration takes around 20 - 30 seconds.

The front forks appear to have been raised in the clamps WAY too much.  If it has Lust Racing links fitted to lower the rear the front forks should have only been raised the recommended 12-13 mm to keep the handling approximately the same as stock.

Exactly trophied, that's why I asked how many inches the front suspensions lower. Driving like this can be dangerous.

Hello, all. Thanks for the interest in the suspension discussion, and for the advice/cautions. I realize this probably should have been it's own thread on the maintenance board, but I will close it out here.

The suspension is now returned to OEM set-up, and the OEM side-stand is back in place. It feels better to me. :-)

Good method to hold the center stand with foot to take the photo.  :047: :821:

:028: Good for you!  There are those of us so vertically challenged that we need it lower.  You might move the lowering links on through the "Marketplace" classifieds for someone that needs a set.
