Sorry - Law Enforcement Officers,  or in the UK - “Police” -
who run the “Bikesafe” courses.

Thanks, for the clarification.   I should have been able to figure that out, must be an age thing.  Mostly "cops" here.

I'm currently doing my advanced training which here in the UK is largely based on the police training and have found that style of riding in the higher rev range gives me more confidence in "progressive riding" as they say.

Wise move Maca - I'd encourage everyone here to take an Advanced Rider Course.

I did mine with the IAM ( Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists ) and it was
one of the best decisions I made - after buying a Trophy in the first place !  :169:

The course definitely improved my riding skills, and they awarded me with one of these as proof :

Cheers  :821:

I've found it really good so far, observer says I'm at standard but just do a couple more rides before the test so hopefully I'll get one of those badges too, but a pass is fine also.  Like you, I would advise anyone to go on it, especially when you consider what you get for the money, it's dirt cheap.
