Congratulations harness !

With the Tire Pressure Monitoring System ( TPMS ) there are a couple of things to consider :
1) When the battery voltage in the sensor drops through use after a few years
you will get a warning message on the Instrument Panel, and eventually no Pressure reading.
Triumph advise replacing the complete sensor, which is expensive, but thanks to the efforts
of our Members there are Topics in the Forum that describe how the battery can be replaced,
though this does require a little careful soldering, and is easier with the earliest type of sensor,
as later sensors had a type of "potting compound" that has to be removed.
Topic here :
Replace TPMS BatteryRecently ( in the last year ) the sensor type has been updated again.
I don't have any information on changing the batteries for those.
2) If you are not interested in having the TPMS feature and want to disable it,
then you will need additional equipment to do so, that connects into the Diagnostics "OBD"
socket of the Trophy - which you will find attached to a plastic clip on top of the main battery.
"TigerTool" is FREE Software downloadable via the Forum, and it can be used to not only turn off
the warning messages / disable the TPMS system, but can be used to program IN new sensor(s)
if you were to buy some. You would need to buy a compatible Connection cable interface from your PC
to the Trophy OBD Socket. Details and Download available in this Topic :
How To Use TigerTool V3.1 Service Utility Software.Alternatively there is "DealerTool" which is a commercially available after market package
comprising Windows based PC Software AND an Interface Cable. DealerTool has many more
functions for Maintenance and Tests than the TigerTool software, and can also disable the TPMS Warning
Messages from appearing, but it can NOT ( currently ) program IN new TPMS Sensors.
The Interface cable supplied with DealerTool DOES work with the free TigerTool software though,
so consider getting the DealerTool package AND the TigerTool software for the best of both worlds !
