I recently bought a new laptop and installed windows 11.  I installed the Dealer Tool software.  I plugged into the bike and picked a com port.  To my surprise it worked the first time.  I didn't have to fool with the usb driver to read the ecm.  Just a little info in case you are moving up to windows 11.

Broke out the Dealer Tool a couple days ago to check throttle balance.  I had to once again set the usb driver to the 2010 version to read the ecm.  Must have been my lucky day when it worked without going through this step.

I'm trying to download the software from the ipage site. I get sent to an ipage page that wants to sell me domains, no downloads. Get the same results on 2 computers. Has anyone else run into this?

I presume you have paid for the DealerTool device -
which will be shipped to you in the Mail ?

If so, and the Link provided with your purchase is not working,
contact DealerTool by email : support@dealertool.co.uk and advise them of the problem.

    Cheers  :821:

Yes, they sent me an actual link that works fine. Fat finger issue.
