Has anyone fitted a Dash Shelf to their Trophy. The reason I'm interested is because I'm looking at fitting a Garmin 2797 to my Trophy and I'd rather prefer to have it mounted central above the dash rather than ram mounted to the handlebar. All suggestions gratefully appreciated.  :763:

A few Members, particularly in the U.S. have such shelves for their multitude of devices,
but have you considered the dedicated Triumph Trophy CNC Machined Sat Nav Bracket ?

The US Version ( Part Number A9828011 ) includes an additional plate for mounting the XM Antenna.

It is listed on Bike Bandit at US $35.00 but is shown as being on Back Order.

Hermys also list it at US $37.00, where it is not marked as being on back order.

    Cheers  :821:

Something along these lines?  This is a Maple Farkle Shelf.

Almost current configuration.  Moved the wireless phone charger to the shelf stack.

I wish the shelf was still available even though I actually purchased the Triumph GPS mount but so far haven't wanted to dismantle the bike enough to install it.

For those interested in the shelf mentioned above here is a link tot he install instructions:  http://www.//files/TTSE_acc_shelf_Installation_Manual.pdf

    For those interested:
Mike retired from his hobby in 2018 and the business ceased operations. In 2019 Mike transferred the ownership of Farkles by MaPLE to Jim Hatch. Jim will reactivate some or all of the designs and will likely have new and improved products available. Mike will continue to provide engineering and web site support.

This is what I made for mine. I currently have my dash-cam and Android tablet mounted to the top of it, and my garage door opener is Velcro'd to the front edge. It works incredibly well!

I personally don't like the clutter of a dash shelf.... just my own opinion but I think the OEM mounting bracket accessory is neat and unobtrusive (if you can find one of course).  My Zumo XT is completely clear of the Trophy LCD display and my phone is in my pocket as I prefer few distractions from gadgets... its hard enough to cope with the controls and switches as standard  :187:

I've seen bikes cluttered with gadgets and devices and often wondered if they're really necessary... but that's another thread I guess...
