One more thing I just remembered - does your Trophy have the Triumph branded DataTool S4 alarm system fitted ?

( You will have a keyfob remote control to activate and deactivate it if you have ! )

DataTool issued a Recall in early 2017 for some specific units that could fail and cut off the Ignition.

    Details here : IMPORTANT ! Triumph Datatool S4 Alarm - RECALL !

    OK,

Did you check for any DTC's ??

Last thing I can think of : Fuel Pump circuit.

Blown Fuse : Behind Left Side Panel, Rearmost of the 2 fuseboxes, Fuse No.4 - 10A

Faulty Fuel Pump Relay : Behind Left Side Panel, Bank of 4 Relays to the left of the Fuseboxes :

Faulty Fuel Pump ( Mounted inside the Fuel Tank ).

It seems to be a difficult electrical problem to solve if you are not doing checks and answering your results to know what thread to pull.
Only motorcyclists know why dogs stick their head out the car window.
