    Off to foreign lands again....

Another 350 mile blast down the country today from Tyneside to Portsmouth for a 3 week trip in foreign lands.

This time it's France, Spain and Portugal.  How is it we have weeks of glorious weather then the day I leave Tyneside it throws it down with rain?   :084:

At least it's sunny in Portsmouth... and I dare say a lot sunnier tomorrow in St. Malo!

I took the opportunity to call in at Saddlecraft in South Shields to pick up an AirRider seat pad.  Clever air valve things... made the journey down here easier on the backside  :002:

Surely you will have a good trip accompanied by good weather.

    Hi Ken
Your are doing the trip I want to do next year.
So will be interested to see what route you take and how you get on.
    Bon voyage.
Ps - wouldn't it be great if we could put our bikes on a train for the journey to the ferry / chunnel.
Life isn't a dress rehearsal so enjoy it.

I made the mistake of blindingly following the Sat Nav, but this time on to the M25 ! Aaaargh.....a motorway full of impatient idiots, boy racers and traffic jams. Same Sat Nav as all my other trips to Portsmouth. Maybe I said something to hurt it's feelings  :033:

Enjoy your trip Ken, it should be nice and cool in those countries now.
It certainly will be in the UK when you get back!
Do you want me to run your thick jumper down to Portsmouth just in case?

I've been following this on Ken's fB page and looks like he has had a ball.  On his way back North now and hopefully we will all be treated to a marvelously edited video of the adventure.
    Love, light, and kindness,

Yes, arrived back at 1 a.m. on Saturday!  Just over 4,000 miles competed over 22 days.  France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal. Great fun!
