    Oil Consumption

Just curious :  What is the average oil consumption between changes for most TTSE's ?

I have done almost 6K miles since the last oil change at the end of the riding season last year and it looks like I have used essentailly no oil so far.  Is this typical ?

Mine never shows any obvious oil loss between changes in the oil level window.

My Trophy shares the same oil consumption...never had to add between changes.

Likewise, the only time Oil has had to go IN, is at Service time
after the old stiuff has been drained out !

In just over 100k of riding never needed to add oil between changes. But then again I change the oils [engine and rear diff] and filter every 5k. Cheers.

It's a good engine and unless you have a small oil leak you rarely need to top up the oil.

I never get to do the oil changes with the km that the manufacturer says.

I do oil and filter changes every 10,000 km.
