New replacement horn

Wanted to upgrade my TTSE horn which is a bit tinny for my liking.  Havent heard the Donali's but can't be bothered wrestling with the electrics etc.

So I got this FIAMM Freeway blaster, which is a like for like replacement and took 20 minutes to fit.  £10 on Amazon

Apparently its 133db at 4 inches.  Certainly sounds louder in person than the stock horn.  Comes in Low tone and high tone, this is the low tone version.

It obviously sounds much better than the Trophy's OEM horn. Any 50cc bike sounds louder than the Trophy's OEM horn.
I have installed two horns in parallel similar to the one you have installed and they sound like the horns of a truck.

Yes digital, I would say maybe 10db louder than the original, but definitely a more beefy note.
You could probably fit the high tone horn here in addition which would be very loud.

Not bad for £10 and an easy install using the existing wiring and connectors.

If you wait for someone to get that close to give them an "Audible Warning" it will be too late !

     yes, at 4 inches a loud horn would be the least of your worries!

I`ve just fitted exactly the same one, I`m very happy with it! I had a Roo jump out on me on yesterday, hit the horn and it bounced back the other way! 

It has a 5 amp draw, stock is 2.5amp so it should be fine without a relay. I gave it a 15 second blast and there was no heat in the horn wires.

With that consumption and type of horn, I advise you to place a relay.

If you look up my reply on Ride Reports and Touring, Page 9, Re: US Deer collisions By State you will read about the vehicle reversing beeper [like fitted to work vehicles] that I've fitted. Also I've fitted a set of cheepish dual air horns [had similar fitted to my 4 wheel drive vehicle for years]. Compressor is on right beside radiator with air hose through the foam surround to the twin horns behind, alongside engine on same side. Seriously loud, gets the motorists attention. Give me a PM and I'll explain further if your interested.
 As I do long distance riding [IBA] I've also got two sets of LED lights fitted. Your can never have enough lighting at night time. Cheers.
