To Get New Tires Or Not !!!
Have Michelin GT 4’s  with only 5k thereabouts on them.
Maybe we’ll look at the 6’s
Will have to put another 1000 miles between now and then?

I'll need a front before the trip.  My Avon Storm 3D XM's have just barely over 9K on them.  I got 10K out of the previous front and 13K out of the previous rear, and these look to do the same.  I definitely don't want a sketchy front in the Ozarks.  Those front tires are shown as sold out now.  I'm going to get a Road 6 GT front from Cycle Gear and they'll mount and balance it with the wheel off the bike for $25.  After the trip I'll get a rear Road 6.  When I called Cycle Gear I was told that the GT is indeed different from the plain Road 6, and at the weight of the Trophy (about the same as a Concours) it should really have the GT.  Can't wait for the Arkansas Get Together!  Come one come all!

I'll leave Phoenix 3/31 if I'm on my own or as late as 4/1 if riding with others to be there on 4/2 morning or night unknown yet.  Depart some time 4/8 to head home (back at work in Phoenix 4/11).  If anyone else is passing through or departing from AZ around those dates let me know.
