Note in the first photo the length of the ignition harness, also, if you look closely you will see that I use two harnesses, that is, with a very good cable (it is essential to use the best cable), reinforce the same route with two harnesses.

    Gracias Digital !

I extended the cables and used a similar routing of the harness that you used, I didn't go as far as double cables.

In case anyone has any of the common issues that point to the well known ignition cable problem e.g tail lights, horn not working, I had ZERO visible breaks or exposed cables, but one of the cables failed continuity test and I found it to be open circuit near where it solders to the ignition.

Thanks again Digital for your time in posting the photos and explanation.

When I bought the second-hand motorcycle, it took me a week to deliver it to me because they said that it was having a problem and that their mechanics could not find the problem of the breakdown. In the end, the salesperson called me and he told me that I could pick up the motorcycle, that they had already found the problem and that the battery turned out to be the culprit. They put in a new battery and problem was solved.

Unfortunately, that was not finding the fault, the fault was still there, since a week after having my motorcycle the horn, position light and brake light began to fail.

At the time it started to fail, I was working in Barcelona and there I realized that the problem was in the ignition cables when I turned the handlebars, so I waited until I got home and when I got there I disassembled the ignition and repaired it and never it failed me again.

Despite the fact that the mechanics said that they had found the problem of the breakdown (which was not true) I realized that they were very unprofessional and the only good thing I got from them is that I left their workshop with a new battery.
