    Question regarding changing Fork Oil

Would it be possible to evacuate the fork oil with suction (via the Triumph evacuation tool or other syringe) from the top without removing the forks to change the oil.  The seals show no leaks so I would like to avoid having to remove the forks just so I can pour the old oil out and have to refill & reinstall them.

With a little patience... With a syringe and a thin tube attached to the syringe, if possible.

Remember that the motorcycle must be on the center stand and the wheel must not touch the ground so that the forks are raised and stretched.

Got that part under control, thanks.  Should I just leave them extended or do I need to work them up and down once or twice?  The front wheel is off and getting wheel bearings, seals, and 1675's steel spacers, brake pads and caliper cleanup before going to the dealer for a new Road 6 GT tire up front on Wednesday.

Fully extended, that is, downwards. But without touching the wheel to the ground so that the shock absorbers do not shrink.
