Two Questions:
1. I'm eyeing a 2016 TTSE with 10k miles. The thing is in near perfect condition with newer tires and a few extras. What is a realistic value for this in today's day and age?
2. I test rode the bike, and coming from a cruiser history, having my feet in a different position was a bit odd, but I'm convinced that having feet out in front and all your weight on your tailbone just doesn't make sense for comfort. I'm sure it takes time to get used to, but the thing that worries me on owning one is it seemed like the seat was pushing me towards the tank, so I was getting more pressure on "the boys" than I was really excited about. This bike is fitted with the comfort seat. Does anyone else experience this? What do you do about it?

So I bought my 2013 from a private seller with 18K miles in 2021 and all options but the heated seat for $7K.  I came from the Honda camp with my last bike being the 2014 Valkyrie but had also ridden their 700CTX and then a Yamaha R1.  For me the trophy has been the perfect balance of comfort and performance.  I've ridden 1,000 miles in a day and been comfortable and I'm on the 'low' ride seat which I assume has less padding.

Is there times where you miss the Valkyrie?

Only when I'm backing the Trophy out of a parking space or garage; was easier to do with the Honda.  Power is comparable and both are very flickable.  The weight on the Honda was lower but I seem to be more visible to drivers with the height of the Triumph.  Storage is SOOooooooo much better with the Triumph and it came with all the comforts for long distance trips that the Honda didn't have (cruise control, variable suspension, wind protection).

I bought my 2017 with about a little less 6K miles on it last fall.  It had fallen over so it had a few scratches on the left side and needed new tires.  I paid $9600.  As for the comfort I did 300 miles yesterday and am a little saddle sore on the standard seat, but I think that would be the case with any bike to some degree.  Depending on how tall you are if the seat has the 2 adjustment points you might be able to move it to the higher seat placement that changes the angle slightly in the front.

When I got my SE last year, I noticed that I was getting pushed up into the tank as you describe.  I changed the lowrider seat to the standard seat and its not nearly as bad.  You can also set the front of the seat on a high setting, and in kinda "tips" you back a bit.

I corrected scrunching of the boys by putting the seat in the high position in the front and the low position in the back.  It worked very well for me and as a bonus it took even more pressure off my tailbone.
