First off a really big thank-you to those who took the trouble to post the explanation of where to locate the GPS electrical connections, I wish I'd had the sense to look at the posts before spending an hour vainly following the loom around the fairing.
I rode a lot of Triumphs thirty years ago before getting fed up with bits dropping off, and push starting them. I then rode Japanese for a few years before owning several BMW tourers.
A old friend from the early days who has never given up on Triumph suggested that I should look a Trophy SE. I really thought it would be rubbish, it's not, it does everything my R1150 and K1200GT did, but better.
