Thanks Noggin, I pulled out of the sale earlier this week, it didn’t stack up when I did research on why the EmL was still on. He then took legal steps as I pulled out of the auction. Your kind info will now let me approach to recover my costs. Thank you again. TC

Hi Tomatotum and to the Forum !

I can confirm that the Seller knew these DTC's ( Fault Codes ) were present,
which he disclosed after I enquired via eBay Messages, while the Listing was active :

P0108 - Manifold absolute pressure sensor 1 open circuit or short circuit to 5 Volt sensor supply

P1521 - Lost communication with ABS

P1574 - Cruise control prevented due to other malfunction condition

P1576 - Brake switch 1 correlation error with brake switch 2

After he told me of these, I said I wouldn't be Bidding
and suggested he Revised his Lisiting to mention them !

As they say, "Caviat Emptor". I always believe what I physically sense, on my test ride & sight, of a vehicle. I take lightly what a seller tells me.
I have, also, made hard earned mistakes...too often. Those are hard learnings, for me.
The "marketplace" is a marketplace.

Looks like Tomatotum had a lucky escape, though no doubt it will go to some other unsuspecting buyer.
Plenty of other bikes out there.
