Good correct response from the dealer!  You can always put Explorer mirrors in the threaded controls mount, or even aftermarket from elsewhere as long as they're M10 X 1.25.  Save the plugs unless you want to have to get automotive push buttons at some point down the road.

So they can buy / Order the Heated Grips from a Triumph Dealer,
but will find that those other "unobtainable" parts are not available.

Be aware that it IS possible to fit them and get them working
but if your bike needs the Shorting Plug ( Refer to my previous Photo  )
the installer appointed by your Seller might cut the Socket off the Harness to / or otherwise make
their own bridging connection, and may also cut those two smaller white sockets off the harness
to make their own connections to the Heated Grips power wires.

If you don't want your Trophy Wiring Harness chopped like this,
then as mentioned previously those "unavailable" parts ARE available from me -
in the Items For Sale Section ( £5 inc. postage ). I don't know of anywhere else that sells them !

That's the Blanking Plug as shown on one of the Photo's previously Linked to.

You will need the Shorting Plug, included in the kit I mentioned previously.

I'd also check the condition of the exposed wiring pins within the sockets that the Heated Grips
and the Shorting Plug are pushed into - judging by their surroundings they might need a bit of a clean !

That's correct - I haven't had any for around 6 months,
but like I have already said the individual Heated Grips can
be purchased from any authorised Triumph Dealer, and the
small parts needed to make up the complete kit - that Triumph no
longer have, can be purchased from me in the Items For Sale section.

And those small parts are.........the shortening plug and ????  The dealer has said they have found some grips but havent said if its a complete kit or not. I have asked for clarification of  what they have bought BUT it would help if I also knew what was needed for a complete fit.
