I recently bought a pair of fingerless gloves. Always thought they looked ridiculous, but with the weather warming up in Australia and there being so little air flow on the hands on the Trophy, that my hands were overheating even with mesh summer gloves. So I tried the fingerless gloves and I love them. Good protection on the knuckles, hands don't get too hot and best of all, you can push buttons, work a zip, do up a helmet  etc with gloves on. I have even stopped to check air pressure or fill up petrol without taking the gloves off.
