Hi MartinPope and :400: to the Forum !

You may find this Topic useful :

What to look for when Buying a Pre-Owned ( Used ) Trophy SE

Please don't be put off by what, at first sight, may seem to be a long list of potential problems !

The information has been pulled together over several years and many of the issues
have either been addressed by Triumph, or are relatively rare or minor, but give you an idea
of things to look for and ask about when viewing the bike.

    Cheers  :821:

:400: to the forum.  A friend of mine with a 2016 R1200RT and I were out riding yesterday, and while we were stopped for lunch he commented that "it's a shame they quit making the Trophy, it's a beautiful bike".  I think you will love it.

Thanks all, picking her up on Saturday. Looking for a audio manual so I can Bluetooth my headset for the ride back home!

It seems that Triumph, in their infinite wisdom, have removed the Audio Handbook
from the available downloads from the Owners Library of their Web Site.  :027:

You might find this Topic useful, from where you can download a PowerPoint presentation
that lets you see how the Instrument Panel menu's including Audio ( not the US version ) work
and have a "play" while waiting for the big day !  :

HOW TO: Navigate the Trophy Menu !

    Cheers  :821:

Put as simply as I can, with an Android phone I've found the most reliable method to be pairing the Trophy to the headset as "phone", and pairing the phone to the headset as "gps (or, second mobile phone)".  Then if I turn on the headset first before starting the Trophy it comes up as "device connected", and pushing and holding the "intercom" button for two seconds gives the "media connected" message and it works like that reliably without needing to be re-paired.  Pressing the phone button enables calls and reinstates the audio after disconnecting from the cell.  Haven't paired since I first picked up the '17 months ago.  That's with a Sena 20S Evo, and yeah, I know it's outdated, but it still works.  That leaves the second headset pairing on the Trophy available for a pillion if desired.  I've never tried but I would guess the second headset could be paired in exactly the same manner.
