In my experience, the bike's Bluetooth is a waste of time.  Sure some people have solved the riddle of phone/GPS/Bluetooth headset and TTSE Radio, but not many!

I bought a new 2016 bike and spent six months trying to fix this riddle.  On the same day, I bought a Toyota Auris, sat in turned it on and the radio said we noticed your iPhone shall I connect ten years later, it is still connected and working but the Trophy forget it!  I have a Garmin 590LM on the holder that just sat there giving me a visual map and I use my iPhone 14 Max Pro connected directly to my Sena Packtalk Bold and that works a treat.
    Love, light, and kindness,

    Dave

No problems with my '13 or my '17 paired in the same manner.
