Hello from France
« on: October 29, 2013, 07:46:36 AM »
Hi everyone,
My name's Nicolas, and I live in France, in the Loire Valley.
(My english is not perfect, but I try ... ^^) ...
I'm 35yo, and I just order a new 1200 Trophy SE, with full option.
I ride a 990 adventure, but now, with my wife, traveling is harder than when I was alone ...
I drive around 30000km per year (19000 miles) in all Europe with my bike, and I need more confort, so le Trophy is an excellent bike for my use. Dirt tracks with passenger and luggage is too hard for my grannie (KTM is around 90000km, near 40000 miles)

I love Morocco and all the old Yugoslavia ...

Next Year, the trophy will bring us in a Baltic tour, from France to Norway, Finland, Estonia, and go back by Poland and Germany ...

Some pics of my bike :

Too heavy for dirt tracks ! ^^

My wife :

And me (in the middle, between the two old guys ! :) :

See ya !

Thanks to all !

(@nudger : Sorry, but it's grey !  ... I didn't choose the color, it was a great "used" bike, with a low km/friendly price ;) )

Bonjour et bienvenu -  :401:

Good decision - the TT is an excellent touring bike and your pillion will love it for sure. Of course, that will mean no more dirt-tracks. But there is plenty of nice roads all around Europe to discover. Enjoy the ride  :821:
