Greatings from Stockholm
« on: October 29, 2013, 08:53:16 PM »
Hi everyone! Bought a (almost) new Trophy a couple of weeks ago and have managed some 2500 km so far. It's great! Now dark evenings and possible ice have me grounded until March I guess. Really looking forward to spending a couple of weeks crossing Europe when spring comes!
Cheers! (With virtual drinks of course... My treat!)

Welcome. Enjoy your new ride.  I am sure there maybe some nice sunny winter days to enjoy. Definitely put it on an optimate or some form of battery trickle charger. Those cold days will sap the battery.  Unless you have heated garage. :821: :821:

Put some Aquavit in the tank  :745:
or better still forget the bike and you drink the Aquavit   :745:

Hi there and welcome. I have been riding my TT at -2 to -3 with no problems. As you say, the ice is the only thing to be wary of.
