Rajasthan on a Desert Storm
« on: November 06, 2013, 12:46:25 AM »
My wife and I (with another couple) are off to India on Friday to meet up with Extreme Bike Tours for a ride around Rajasthan. No, not on a Trophy.

Twelve days, two up on a 500cc single pot Royal Enfield Desert Storm. Ten bikes, five star accommodation, all meals supplied, tour guide, support unit and mechanic accompanied. This will be a fair bit less testing than the acclaimed Himalayan tours, and provides more shopping opportunities apparently (happy wife, happy life).

Stay safe.
Don't grow up, it's a trap...

Hope you have a great time,
sounds like an exciting adventure  :062:

A friend of mine rides a Royal Enfield,
I think because he likes a challenge ....

Good to see there is a mechanic going with you -
if my friend's experiences are anything to go by,
he could be kept quite busy !
