I think the veteran's discount applies to any new Triumph.  It's Triumph's rebate, has nothing to do with the dealer so I imagine they get a check from Triumph when they sell a bike to a vet.

Is it only Triumph that has the vet discount? I was very surprised by it.

$500 get discount is a triumph program. I've received it on two bikes but my understanding is that its not available on all models. The dealer shows your DD214 to Triumph and gets a check

To Triumph where? You don't mean in England do you?

I am new to Triumph bikes, so I know little about them other than the TTSE was the bike for me. I like everything about the bike except the stock mirrors. I prefer to see the road and vehicles behind me, instead of having to look down to only see my gloves. But since I could add handlebar mirrors, that took car of that problem.

I don't know if the rebate is only for USA or not.  I suspect it's probably a Triumph USA thing.  I'm pretty sure Triumph USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company based in the UK.
