LCD DISPLAY SPEEDOMETER GONE TO SLEEP?
« on: November 10, 2013, 11:36:47 pm »
Hi all, riding home tonight (Sunday) from work I noticed the LCD speedo not working. 10 minutes later it started working.  3 degrees on temp. However as I rode home to East Hertfordshire dodging deer and badgers on the way to keep me on my toes, I noticed the temp drop to -2 and the LCD speedo went back to sleep. I know I have a normal clocks too so wasn't overly bothered but is this a Triumph foible in the cold?  :190: :190:

Hi there,

This same subject is already being discussed over in the
Maintenance, Servicing and Mechanical Issues Section,
and does seem to be related to cold temperatures.

You might want to lock this thread and re-post it over there to save duplication  :028:
